Dr. Aldossary serves as a Board Member of the Saudi Internet of Things Association and a Founding Member of the Artificial Intelligence Governance Association.

He has over 15 years of academic and research experience in distributed systems, including cloud, fog, and edge computing, as well as Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and their medical and industrial applications. His expertise also extends to artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital twins, smart cities, autonomous vehicles, smart agriculture, and energy efficiency, with a particular focus on leveraging emerging technologies to drive sustainable development.

Dr. Aldossary has published over 50 peer-reviewed research papers in leading journals and has served as a reviewer for more than 160 scientific papers in prestigious journals in the fields of AI, IoT, and cloud computing
